On Saturday 9th of April, the BRM 200 km Drava 2011 was organized by MBK Mura. At the start in front of the hotel Park in Čakovec there were record high number of participants, 55!
On a sunny day with some head wind in the first part of the brevet the course led toward East up to Ždala, the first check point. Then, toward South through Podravina, Molve, Virje and Novigrad Podravski, over Bilogora to Bjelovar and Križevci, the second check point. To the finish, again in front of the hotel Park in Čakovec, the course led over the beautiful hilly Kalnik, and via Novi Marof and Varaždin.
Total of 207 km with approximately 850 meters of ascent. 53 randonneurs reached the finish line within the time limit. Photographs are in the gallery.
